convenient locationmanager supportbathroom essentials
the location was convenient to gate 25/26, great for my family and my parents. the manager was supportive, and i saw his cooperation. the hotel provided the essentials in the bathroom, so i didnt have to use my toiletries.
the reception staff wasnt very friendly or cooperative.

the hotel's proximity to gate 338 was beneficial. the location is near the area of the mosque frequented by families and women. i also found the area ideal for family trips..
the rooms felt very small considering the price. the beds seemed too small as well. the bathroom was even smaller..

i appreciate the hotel location near the masjid al nabawi, it was very convenient. the staff seemed nice, and they upgraded us for free. breakfast includes many options.
the room i had was a bit old, and the windows won't open. showers are slow. the haram view from my room had some grill, so it wasn't very clear.

the hotel have a breakfast buffet and it was very good. it was improved since my last stay some years ago. the location is convenient and near the ladies prayer hall, i think it's great. staffs are very helpfull.
the bathroom need a better design. there was not a single hook for clothes, and no shelves to put my toiletries. the shower is not fully enclosed so water spills over to the sink area. wifi signal isn't great. it fluctuates and drops connection.

The location is close to the Masjid al Nabawi. The staff helped us with our luggage. Everyone was very nice. The rooms were clean, and the staff provided coffee and dates.
